Canadian Email Summit
Annual one-day conference on email marketing and deliverability held in Toronto, usually in spring. It gathers marketers, deliverability specialists and vendors, with a focus on Canadian regulation (CASL).
CSA Summit
Annual conference of the Certified Senders Alliance, organised by eco in Cologne in spring (usually April). It brings certified senders, mailbox providers and legal experts together around deliverability, authentication and the legal framework of email in Europe.
Email Camp
Free online event organised by Postmark, usually in autumn, about transactional email, email code and deliverability. A one-day programme of talks for developers and product teams.
EMDAY
French one-day conference on email marketing and deliverability, organised by Badsender in Strasbourg, usually in May or June. Talks and workshops in French for marketing, CRM and deliverability teams, with the sending platforms of the French-speaking market.
IETF Meetings
IETF plenary meetings, three a year (March, July, November), rotating between the Americas, Europe and Asia, with remote participation. The email working groups (dmarc, emailcore, mailmaint) hold their sessions there, where DMARC revisions and the DKIM2 and APR proposals progress.
Inbox Expo
Annual conference on email, deliverability and sending infrastructure, organised by Email Industries. Launched in 2020, it takes place in spring in a different European city each year and is aimed at senders, platforms and mailbox providers.
JPAAWG General Meeting
Annual general meeting of the Japan Anti-Abuse Working Group, held in Tokyo in November. Japanese-language talks on email authentication, phishing and mailbox provider changes, open to members and registered attendees.
M3AAWG General Meetings
M3AAWG general meetings, held three times a year (usually February, June and October), alternating between North America and Europe. Open to members and invited guests, they bring together mailbox providers, senders and vendors for working sessions on authentication, anti-abuse and sending best practices.
MailCon
Annual conference on email, omnichannel marketing and audience monetisation, organised by Phonexa in Las Vegas in January. Aimed at high-volume senders, advertisers and platforms, with sessions on deliverability and mailbox provider requirements.
