Data collected and purposes
Domain analyses: submitted domain, report delivery email address, IP address, language. Purpose: produce and send the report, prevent abuse (quotas). Legal basis: performance of the requested service and legitimate interest (anti-abuse). Retention: 30 days, after which the report, email address and associated IP address are automatically deleted.
Accounts: email, password (hashed, never stored in clear text), language, sign-up and login IP addresses and countries, dates. With Google sign-in: Google account identifier. Purpose: account and analysis history management. Legal basis: performance of the contract. Retention: until account deletion, available at any time from your dashboard.
Forms (contact, feature requests): email, subject, message. Purpose: handling your request. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
Technical logs: IP addresses and security events, for operational and anti-abuse purposes.
Recipients
Data is neither sold nor transferred. It is processed by the publisher and its technical processors: Scaleway (hosting, France) and, if you use Google sign-in, Google Ireland Ltd (authentication only).
Cookies
The website uses strictly necessary technical cookies (session, security, language preference), which are exempt from consent, as well as advertising cookies via Google AdSense. The latter are only set after your consent, collected through the dedicated banner (Google's consent management platform, compliant with the IAB TCF framework). Declining is as simple as accepting, and you can change your choice at any time from the banner. Without consent, only non-personalised ads or no advertising content are displayed.
Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Exercise them via the contact form. Account deletion is available autonomously from your dashboard. You may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
